    • No final report is issued until full payment is confirmed.

    • Account‑payee cheque (No cash accepted)
    11.3 Refund Policy
    • 25% advance is non‑refundable.
    • If you stop after draft approval but before final delivery, 75% of the balance paid will be refunded (advance retained).
    • No refunds after the final report is delivered.
    • Refunds (if applicable) processed within 7–10 business days.
    11.4 Disputes and Clarifications
